You were left feeling like you were visiting family (in the all the best ways). The food was utterly superb. Nothing was pretentious, it was good portions and so flavourful. I really really can't remember when I last had a meal that good! The atmosphere overall was bubbling and warm. Everyone around me all seemed to be having a really positive experience...

"I was visiting from the United States. The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was excellent getting us a taxi to the port. There was only one gentleman who had not a very nice attitude and he worked at the bar, tall white guy. I had a handicap room that I did not care for, but that was all that was available when I checked in overall The hotel was nice."
