"For the price it was great pool was closed and filled with dirt my room had the floorboards coming up and the shower rod was falling bed sheets had holes in them but besides that every thing was cleaned house keeping came by frequently to keep up with everything staff was super friendly and helpful I recommend staying if In a pinch or just want to save some money it is located around a lot of restaurants shops and things to do"

"The two stars I’m giving are only for the night front desk agent and the housekeeping crew. The night time agent is SUPER friendly and goes above and beyond. But this place is CLEARLY understaffed. The night time line at the front desk is out the door and he is ALL ALONE!!! If you need anything to your room, he can’t do it. He is super nice though! The lady during the day makes you feel like you are inconveniencing by asking her ANYTHING!!! I believe her name is Irina or Irma. I’ve never been to a DoubleTree that doesn’t offer you cookies ANY time you go in or out or come to the front desk. She never offered, as opposed to the night time attendant, and actually said WE HAD TO PAY FOR THEM!!! We are 1000000% never staying at this DoubleTree again."

"Though it wasn't their fault, the electricity went off around 8:15. The room was quickly hot and the weather was very humid. With no info on when the electricity might be back on and I had to be somewhere at 9am I decided I had to take the stairs. Because the handicap parking was full the night before I had to park at the back end of the property. I made the first trip to move my car closer and take hanging clothes down the stairs. It took 2 more trips to get everything in my car. A total of 288 stairs! I've had 2 total knee replacements, left one recent. But the stairs actually helped stretch the leg. I do believe someone from the Hotel could have provided info to us about the status of the electricity. I turned my key, wasn't told thank you, come back, sorry about the electricity or anything. That's the time for some customer service, communication. Before this I would have given them EXCELLENCE!"

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The sheets felt thin and low quality, which only added to the discomfort. The complimentary continental breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and food quality that fell below expectations. In addition, the air conditioning unit seemed outdated and unreliable. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature and made unusual noises throughout the night. Overall, the hotel appears to be in need of some updates and improvements. While the staff was courteous, the uncomfortable accommodations and lackluster amenities would make me hesitant to stay here again."
