"Excellent area, good parking and friendly and very helpful staff but the hotel tends to get a little noisy during early mornings. Also be careful, someone charged drinks to our room. The hotel was great about removing the charges. They seem to not have a good plan in place at the bar, other than to ask for the room number."

"I chose this hotel as it is close to the children’s hospital and my son was having heart surgery. Upon arrival the desk chair was broken and the microwave was missing buttons. The staff changed out the desk chair when they were notified. When we came back from son’s surgery we found a dead cockroach in the room-when we notified staff they said it’s ok we just had the hotel treated for insects, I tried to explain it’s not ok-my son needs a clean room for healing. Nothing was done to help us nor was any portion of a refund given. I’m very glad we didn’t eat breakfast there and definitely do not recommend. Would not stay again."

"AC is worked great. Hair in the room. Room outdated. I asked for a receipt , said I would get it through email , never got the receipt. Tight parking but empty enough. Felt safe. "

"It was a decent place to stay..i would stay again. close to uams a plus. some things needed seen to like toilet seat needed tightened up it was to loose..not good water pressure...fridge was not balanced.."

"Location was great for me because it is just a few minutes from my doctor’s office and hospitals, stores, and restaurants. The place was very clean and the beds may be small but they are very comfortable. Be sure to bring your own soaps and shampoos, and if you need to eat while here bring utensils."

"This property is located in a terrible area, I did not do enough research on location. Upon arrival the smell of mildew was very strong. I didn’t even take my hanging clothes inside due to the smell. There are zero dishes, not even a coffee cup, paper plates or plastic silverware. There was one bath towel and it was wet when I arrived. I ended up driving home 2 and 1/2 hours instead of staying. There are a lot of questionable people hanging out up and down the street that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. "
