"The hotel is in an excellent location, central, and well connected. On a nice, quiet street. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar serve great food and drinks, with an excellent atmosphere. The rooms are of a decent size, with all necessary amenities and have good storage space. As a newer hotel, everything is modernly designed with a hint of the classic Vienna style. The only two, very minor, improvements points are: 1) the towels, which leave a good amount of fluff on the skin when drying. I was finding towel fluff on myself throughout the day. 2) Very creaky bed frames. Everything else in the hotel is of such high standard that small things like that stick out. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel."

"I enjoyed my stay very much. Our room, (Cozy Neighborhood) offered a lovely city view and was the perfect size for my husband and me. The hotel’s location is excellent—situated in a quiet area yet within a short walk of St. Stephen’s Cathedral, where the city remains lively well into the evening. Getting around was effortless, with tram, bus, and train connections all just a couple blocks away. The hotel seems very new. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was immaculate. We also appreciated the in-room refrigerator, which was a convenient and welcome addition. Overall, I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna."

"The hotel was well located, very near a tram station, and only a short ride to the city centre. The hotel was very modern in design and layout with a very generous and spacious lobby/breakfast/chilling area. We used the car park which, although pricey, was under the hotel with plenty of spaces and made life a lot easier. The room was amazing. Very simple, well designed, and very different (in a good way) with regards to decor, with plenty of space. There were only two issues. 1. There was no kettle in the room although hot water was available in reception 27/7 and free tea and coffee (a machine that had lots of options) in the mornings. 2. We booked a comfort room which was supposed to benefit from a more comfortable location, amongst other things. Although we were at the end of the hallway and well away from the lifts, the room was at the back of the hotel overlooking multiple railway lines. This was not a problem in itself as we enjoyed looking at the trains, but with the window open, the noise was unbearable as the squealing and squeaking of the carriages meant talking or watching the TV was impossible! However, the room benefitted from triple glazing and air conditioning, so it was not unreasonable to keep the window closed. I feel a room at the front of the hotel, overlooking the road would have been more 'comfortable' in this respect. Overall, a really good stay and I would recommend."
