"Well... it's definitely a no frills place. There is no place to hang clothes. There were stains on what I think was supposed to be a comforter (more like a top sheet?). Based on the dirty footprints in the bathtub, the last guest in that room didn't wear shoes. At first I didn't think the AC worked, but then I noticed it wasn't plugged in. It was wired through some control box mounted on the wall that didn't control it. So there we as full on freezing cold or nothin. There are more negatives, but I'll throw in some positives. Parking has full video surveillance and seemed safe. It was Friday night and based on the guests I saw, I was truly surprised how quiet it was through the night. And location is very convenient. For the price, it's OK."

"The property was perfect for our large family. I could not have asked for a better host. He reached out to us before we arrived and stayed in touch with us to make sure we had everything we desired while we stayed at the property. It is a beautiful home, well kept and very comfortable!"

"1)Room Front Door Panel was partially pull off! 2)The light switch at the room entrance did not turn on anything because the bulb to the lamp was missing! 3) The Smoke Alarm was missing from the ceiling, wires were exposed! It was sitting next to the TV. 4) Tissue Holder was empty not just out of tissues. 5) Only 3 towels for a room that sleeps 4.1 Bath, 1 Hand, 1 Wash Cloth Towel. 6) Did not have a toothbrush to give us."

"Enjoyable pool and pool table, lots of towels and linens, easy check-in process, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Pet friendly and plenty of parking. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of closet space. Outdoor canopy lights did not work, lots of mosquitos due to overgrown shrubbery, TV was outdated, the bunk beds were very creaky and unstable, an abandoned toilet was in the front yard and a broken lawn chair in the back yard, the front screen door is ripped, the coffee machine was small & was Nespresso only, and the back windows were dirty. Maybe just needs a little extra TLC. "

"There was no communication leading up to the stay which was really stressful considering we had questions about hosting a slumber party, whether or not the pool was heated, etc. Even the day of there were no instructions on how to turn on the hot tub which was unfortunate because the kids really wanted to use it. It never did heat up. The wifi was unreliable so the movie we planned to watch never happened because the TV kept giving us errors. A slumber party with no movie night was super disappointing. "
