"Everything was wonderful and better than I imagined for the price. Location was hard to understand by GPS though. You have to drive through the plaza past the Mountain Mikes down a short dark side road. "

"Advertised “Hot Breakfast” not hot at! Eggs were runny, only meat option was Canadian bacon, French toast was cold & terrible. We threw our breakfasts away and went to IHOP… Room was comfortable & clean. Glad there were several options for food outside the hotel."

"My room wasn't serviced after the first night of a 2-night stay. There was a mix-up in my reservations with Expedia (not Hyatt's fault). Instead of honoring the discounted rate, I was charged full price, significantly higher. It would have been nice if they had asked me if I qualified for any other discounts (AARP, AAA, veteran's discount, etc.). They did, however, grant me free parking (normally $17.50 per night). I'm not sure if that was already included in Expedia's package."
