"I’d like to say thank you for the staff but the hotel needs to make sure about the manager’s approach with the whole crew. It’s not about working by pressure but work happy. It’s not about you have a perfect service but it’s about to see no pressure in the staff’s eyes. If any guest ask to perfection and the solution will be pressure, that’s clear to no work."

"Great location inside the fort walls, so close to shopping, dining and historic sites. Staff very so nice and helpful, and the breakfasts, which were different every day and were freshly made local food, are probably the best breakfasts we've had in any country when travelling overseas. Beautifully restored building with tasteful period style decor. Good a/c plus a ceiling fan"

"Brilliant location, this immaculately clean restored home makes a lovely hotel. The rooms are tiny tiny but comfortable. Bathroom a generous size and good shower. Breakfast can be ordered in, they weren't providing their won when I was there. The man who was looking after the place was very helpful. You get a key to your room only, the front doors are open all day and I was always in early at night. Had to ring bell once during the day when he was out but all OK getting in otherwise. Only strange thing, no rubbish bin in the room."

"The room was very nice however it was incredibly dark and needed either extra lighting or some focused lighting to read documents. I feel that they were trying to get a " Vibe ", however with all the problems of the world at the moment with war in the middle east we really missed a TV to keep up with the news."
