"Stay hear few times for work few miles from Watford lots of park down side you have to pay parking nice beds .The only issue is you must pay for the pool .I think you pay for the room so should be aloud to uses the facilities for free ."

"Saw this hotel by chance on Hotel. Com have stayed in few hotels in London and this was a great place to stay .Staff were lovely,helpful ,professional and friendly even the cleaners and chambermaids were great . I must say this hotel has the most updated advanced technology have ever seen in any hotels in London. Though i was at The Dorchester Hotel !! Breakfast was great and had enough food but lacked rashes or bacon and think fry eggs would be great as another option not only scrambled eggs every time .There only downfall is a deposit of £50 taken on arrival is required for expenses but if not used this should be refunded immediately back when customers leave not for customers having to wait 2-3 days before deposit is refunded that's not right .Overall its a lovely clean hotel and not expensive and near to lovely restaurants and shops and rated 9 over 10 because of late refund of deposit ."

"Only downside was actually trying to find the place. After 3 attempts using satnav we resorted to asking the locals & eventually asking 4 ladies who were actually the hotel cleaning staff on a ciggy break. Parking outside was a nightmare, but managed to stop for a couple of minutes so we could get our luggage into reception where we were helped by a fabulous young receptionist called Leah who gave us all the info we need to park in an adjacent multi story which brought you out approximately 20 yards from the hotel main entrance & cost only £2.50 (from 4.30pm till 10.30)."
