"It's a nice small hotel room. The rooftop is to die for and really what made our stay truly worth it. The pool and lounge are perfect. The rooms are small and the AC does not go below 19°C which is not great when it's so hot out. Shout out to Ericka (server) who was amazing! I had an issue with my room and needed to be moved to a new one and was told the amenity fees etc would be removed and received vouchers for food at the restaurant. When I went to check out the front staff person said she had no idea as the guy I spoke to apparently didn't leave any notes or mention of it. I explained the situation and said I wasn't going to leave without knowing this was dealt with and eventually she removed the fees. Location wise there isn't anything extremely close for food but if you are good walking a few blocks you'll find something. Hollywood Blvd is about 3-4 blocks up the street. The food at the hotel is not so great so I'd recommend looking elsewhere. We also noticed many people enter the pool who were not guests at the hotel (this slipped out of their mouth) so I'm not entirely sure how security isn't around for this when you need a key to enter the pool area. I would stay again just for the rooftop."

"When they offer you a quiet room, take it. The nightclub next door sounds like a dance floor on your ceiling. My fault, I didn't think a little noise would bother me. It wasn't a little bit of noise."

"We were staying there for 3 nights. The hotel was terrible, closet were chipped everywhere, hardwarewas poor, shower cubicle floor was wet when we checked-in. No chair/table in the room. Room size is small too. Our room facing Hollywood Blvd, the noise level was unacceptable. Reception staff told us the noise will last till 3am on every weekend, we asked to put on ear plug instead (already placed in the room). Think they have known the issue, and always handle like this. We are a family with 2 kids, we asked to move room. However, no more twin bed room available on other side, so they gave us 2 king size room to sleep on the 1st night, the 2nd & 3rd nights they only able to move us to the same room facing Hollywood blvd, only 2 floor higher. Noise was still on, but in a lower level, maybe not on weekend. Besides, not recommend to stay in Hollywood area, surrounding is old, many homeless people, CD scammer etc., not safe to go out at night. 100% not suitable for family traveller."
