Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly and nice, felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was perfect, I also dinned in the restaurant and loved everything. Banana Toffee Waffle dessert is well worth the calories!

315 is an absolute gem of a place. So much packed into a small property set in a beautiful area. The food and service were exceptional, the room modern amd cozy. I didnt have chance to use the spa but it too looks fantastic. I will be back!

Other than repeated difficulties we had finding the hotel upon returning from our daily genealogical research outings in the area, we had the MOST wonderful experience at this hotel.
The rooms were well-appointed and clean. The food--both the menu and preparation--was of the highest quality (i.e., what I might expect for a large city restaurant, but found in this small town on the outskirts of Leeds). Best breakfast and such a friendly hotel! Windows stay open in the evenings in your room for circulation, which can possibly increase noise in the room from students outside, but not a big problem for us. We would stay again. Thank you!!

I really enjoyed staying in Holmfield hotel for 2 nights. There are two parks surrounding the hotel which makes you feel like living among the woods, very quiet and mind peace. The bar was perfect and served with outstanding breakfast and drinks. Everything was perfect.
