"We loved our stay here, everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful. We had many questions and they were very helpful and helped us forward our luggage to the next city. The breakfast was amazing, I looked forward to it every day. Having the Refa brand products and blow dryer was a huge plus as I have wanted to try them, and i was able to purchase a few hairbrushes at the hotel to my surprise. The room is small but I knew that and the dimensions were listed online. With that said it...

"Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!"

Of course every staff are friendly and polite alway smiling to greet you or help you! Room is clean and roomy, also with washer/dryer/detergent inside the unit was a plus!! Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices and very fresh and delicious. Me and my husband enjoyed this stay very much! Highly recommended ."

"Best breakfast that we had in Japan while on a 1 month stay travelling across the country. Staff friendly and helpful."

"I had very mixed feelings about this hotel, more so than any other we stayed at during our trip. On the one hand, extremely clean and quiet room, on the other hand, we were disappointed by the extremely long elevator line-ups and some of the staff service. I think it’s because of the business-like nature of this hotel, but it felt like whiplash when we came after a long day from the friendly staff in Hakone and some museums, they directed us immediately to the screen for check-in without much...

"Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!"

"Had a very underwhelming experience at this hotel. After a wonderful two weeks and Japan with the most lovely and helpful people I could not help but notice that the staff at this hotel were the exception. It look several phone calls and almost an hour of being in our room for our luggage to arrive. Additionally we had the same experience requesting additional towels since they did not provide the turndown service in the evening. I felt the staff in the club lounge were somewhat cold and...

"Very well located at walking distance from the train station. Clean rooms and excellent staff. Great breakfast"

"I think they do have updated rooms, I just wasn’t in one. It felt like the room was nice… 30 years ago. I was also told I had free breakfast at check-in but then told I didn’t when I tried to get it. Further, when I tried to get my free drink at the rooftop bar, they gave me a very small menu, our treatment was degraded, and they didn’t even offer us peanuts or water even though they did for everyone else around us. I would not recommend this hotel unless I was coming for work, which seems to be...
