"A great business hotel as it's in a perfect location connecting major transportation spots. However, I wouldn't bring my young child with me to this hotel as I don't see any child friendly features in this hotel."

"The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are well outfitted and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are polite and very helpful. However, the laundry room has only four machines and all were in use so no ability to do laundry. Also, it was raining and when we asked for loaner umbrellas they were all out, so we had to buy umbrellas at the Family Mart."

"Everything was perfect, we travelled with a 11 month old, and it was extremely awesome. The King bed isnt a regular king it was ginormous and Im 6’5 220lb. you could’ve had 4 of me on that bed. Highly recommend, it’s pretty close to everything too"

"We booked this hotel same day after finding ourselves in a nightmare Airbnb situation and it was truly amazing to wind up here after all that. This hotel is insanely gorgeous and feels so luxurious and comfortable. The room are big and the views are insane and the beds are so comfy. I also loved the huge shower/bathtub room as well as the spa locker rooms and indoor pool. We had a few hiccups with being able to ask for certain amenities (the tv ordering system wouldn’t work and then staff wouldn’t always answer the phone) and at one point our room phone was connected to some random guy’s hotel room whenever we would try to call reception…so that was annoying but otherwise the perfect stay and so convenient to wherever you want to go in Tokyo-the entrance to the train station is like 10 steps from the hotel entrance"

"We like the b Akasaka. Great breakfast in a great breakfast/lounge area. It’s nice that you can go hang out in there during the day and enjoy free coffee and tea. The room was quite small, but I get it for a city hotel. It was still nice and comfortable. The location isn’t very central to Akasaka, but once you figure out how to cut through and down the hill, it really is only about a five minute from Akasaka station (serves only the Chiyoda line), and about five minutes farther to the other station that serves the Ginza and Marunouchi lines."
