"This hotel was centrally located and near a tram line. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were all very nice and helpful."

"The staff at RHO were great! They answered any questions I had and they were very nice folks. For the most part the room I had was clean. There were some marks on the walls that could have been cleaned up, but thats just me nit picking. The sheets and comforters were cleaned very well along with all of the towels. The breakfast they serve there is decent. I only ate it once and after that I decided to go out in town to find breakfast. (Not that the food was bad, I just didnt want to eat bacon, sausage, eggs and toast every morning. They had other items like fresh fruit, juices, cereals, milk and baked good, but those things aren't what I would normally eat for breakfast). The rooms heating/air conditioning worked very well. Plus there was a window that could be opened. There is no smoking allowed in the rooms, which was fine with me because, 1 I dont smoke cigarettes or any tobacco and 2 I only smoke weed and it was no big deal to just go outside and smoke it. Not only that but if they find out that you have been smoking in your room, they tac on an extra fee. That is completely understandable and fair. Not everyone that goes to Amsterdam is there to smoke weed or smokes tobacco. "

"Great location for everything Amsterdam. The staff were all 1000% knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. Both gentleman concierges went well beyond the expected scope of their roles by being willing to not only recommend Dutch bakeries where ai might acquire a simple birthday cake, but also offer to source it for me while we were out enjoying the city. In the end, their recommended bakery nearby was PHENOMENAL and made the perfect impression for the recipient."

"It’s quite a way out from the centre but the tram stop is very close and easy to use to get in. It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but we found the staff to be very helpful. The room and public areas were all very clean. There were some rowdy guests on our last night (A Saturday) but the staff were very quick to deal with them firmly. Would recommend for a value stay in Amsterdam."

"The low quality of this hotel doesn't match the price point even for Amsterdam. The bathrooms are so poorly designed that the light doesn't shine in the sink/mirror area, the shower has no enclosure so the entire bathroom gets wet, there is no towel hook, no hand soap was provided. We only stayed 2 nights and the replaced the 2 towels provided initially but not the 3rd we had requested, and they did not make the bed. There is a little table and coat hooks but nowhere to put the clothes away. I'd not stay here again"

"Restaurant food was fresh prepared every day. Manager is Davide...great guy and very hospitable. Easy access to Metro which makes the distance to central Amsterdam very easy. Rooms are very small so keep that in mind. "
