"Shower pressure was terrible. TV didn’t work and air conditioning not only didn’t work but had warm air pumping out even when switched off. Never had any problems when staying here previously but this was an uncomfortable stay."

"A place we always stay before an early flight from Heathrow. Check in smooth, room good, comfortable bed, quiet. Enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar, good food selection available in the bar, but decided on the restaurant. - One of the restaurants, La Belle Époque, super food, high end, and the other restaurant, a great variety of dishes to suit people from all over the world. Loved my fish dish, and my husband loved his vegetarian. Desserts not so memorable. Great sleep (albeit short), quick check out, felt safe and easily connected to T5 and Heathrow Express is a 5-minute walk. Much better than most airport hotels I have stayed in for sure!"
