"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The tv was good. The bathroom was very small. The biggest problem was that there was no air conditioning and the room was quite hot. There is a fan. In fairness, the description said this, I just didn’t notice it because I assumed ac. The staff is friendly. "

"Spacious and clean room. Excellent location with several good restaurants nearby. Maiabik was our favourite for Mexican food. There’s a small coffee shop/bulk food store to the right of the hotel (walk past starbucks)…can buy nuts, oatmeal, etc. Ecobici is right across the street for easy access to the bike share. AR218 is right along the Sunday bike route. Roughly 50 kn of streets are closed to vehicle traffic on Sundays. This is a great way to explore the city. Hotel is about a 45-60 min walk from Chapultepec Park. UBER was also a very easy way to get around."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Traveled with small children and the children loved every minute of our stay, especially the pool. The rooms spacious and very clean. I plan to stay here again during my next visit to Mexico City. Highly recommend for families! "

"La habitación muy limpia y bien equipada. El personal amable y agradable. La linea 9 del metro está a unas cuantas cuadras y te deja justo fuera del palacio de los deportes. Solo tuvimos 2 detalles. Se escuchaba mucho ruido del exterior y al agua caliente no era consistente. Fuera de eso el lugar increíble."
