"The staff who did the registration when I checked in around 1pm was humble & courteous. Much later , I went down personally ard 11pm to get a bottle of water, the indian guy receptionist was v rude . There was no guest at that time for him to get agitated when I humbly request for a bottle of water. I don't think I will come back to this hotel. again . "

"It is the first time we tried to stay in JB, hence it was very challenging to search for suitable hotel. Luckily we manage to find this hotel from hotel.com recommendation. Room is simple but generally green, toilet cleanliness on the wall can be improved. Recommend the hotel to discard overly stained/coloured bedsheets/blanket, that would made guest stay much more pleasant.
