"We found one of the beds had been slept in and the sheets were not changed. A huge turn off. We only slept there at night and did not experience anything else. "

"The property is beautiful. We have no complaint about that. The bed I was in was quite lumpy for my comfort. We were only there for one night so not a big deal. The heat did not work in this room; it would only blow cold air. They could not move us. Eventually, they brought us space heaters. We live up the coast and frequently are in Santa Rosa for errands and appointments, so the price point was great and the location is convenient. Hopefully, this gets fixed, but be aware that in the cooler months, you might need to ask for the space heaters instead of doing the maintenance dance for hours and then being told they cannot move you because you've "used the room"."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group, with a convenient location just about 15 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa by car. The neighborhood felt safe, and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay.Although we didn’t use the pool, we really enjoyed the hot tub—especially with the cooler weather. One of the highlights was how well we slept; the beds were exceptionally comfortable.The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, a great choice for a group getaway."
