"Large, sprawling property with good amenities for wheelchair customers but with long corridors that may be challenging for guests who have other walking aids or breathing difficulties. Excellent breakfast with a good range of hot and cold items and some healthy options. Warm and friendly greeting from staff on arrival. Large car park that empties out overnight but VERY busy on a Sunday morning (extremely difficult to find a vacant space). Easy to pay for parking using a machine in the lobby...

"No problems with anything"

"Great for one night stay on way north to Glasgow."

"Outstanding hotel. A real surprise and gem. Fabulous staff."

"Only a one night stay, lovely place and very helpful, polite staff who seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Excellent"

"The young woman checking us in was not very welcoming, and when waiting for a drink while the other bar staff was busy away from the bar, she was stood at the computer and acted like we was a inconvenience when we asked for a drink. All the other staff was lovely."

"The pub and restaurant are closed from Monday to Wednesday, but, the rooms are available, but, the breakfast is available, if you are staying there. The Inn is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and ample parking. The transport links are excellent to Huddersfield and surrounding areas. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, very spacious bathroom with a lovely selection of toiletries. ...

The apartment was lovely and clean, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning — the fan in the bedroom was a little noisy, and the window didn’t block out all the light in the morning. But these were minor things, and overall we had a really lovely stay. We’d happily stay here again!"

The first room we were given had a double bed, which was fine as I was staying with my daughter. However, the shared shower was not working properly and there was no hot water. Thankfully, Joan was very helpful when we contacted her and arranged for us to move...

"Was convenient. The breakfast was not so great but I like the hotel"
