Hampton Inn Hilton Head

"We loved everything about this place and hope to go back again. Even though we only live an hour away in Georgia we went to Hilton Head for a getaway. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered had everything we needed to start our day. I am in the Top 10% of Google hotel reviewers and this place is one of my favorite. The only negative is that the hallways are FREEZING and that the bathtub is VERY slippery. Please ask for a bath mat for your tub. Matthew Brown the Housekeeping Manager was most excellent in making sure the guests had a bath mat for the bathtub/shower. Even though I was not welcomed as a Hilton Honors customer we really enjoyed the hotel and our stay!"

"Nice resort on a beautiful island. Great location for golfers. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and most of our late-September visit was too cold to swim in the ocean. The heated pool may have been heated technically, but was still pretty cool to swim in. That left everyone trying to fit in the hot tub, which became a bit crowded. The property is in very good condition generally, although the elevator closest to the pool didn't work for us a couple of times and we had to take the stairs. As with most resorts, you are nickel and dimed for a lot... valet parking, self parking, daily resort fees, charges for chairs near the pool and cabanas. It seems like when you are paying these per-night fees that some of that would be included, especially in the off season. We might come back, but if so it would certainly be in the summer when we could swim in the ocean."

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything we needed was easily accessible. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Everyone we interacted with was professional and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay such a positive experience!"
