"Room spacious, coffee/tea facilities good, hotel convenient to road network, saw very little of staff as we left early in the morning. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. "

"We arrived at the hotel at about 6pm and the young gentleman who was on duty at reception was extremely pleasant and helpful. When we got back from our night out at about 11.30pm he was still there smiling and gave us some more milks for a cup of tea and helped us with the vending machine. "We pre-booked a non smoking Family room. On arrival the non smoking Family room we were given was not cleaned very satisfactory, they had no other rooms to offer other than a smoking room, which we had no choice but to accept. We complained and were given a small rebate. Would not book at this Hotel again."
