"Aura and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. Very responsive and went above and beyond! We loved our stay at Coco Surf!! The villa’s are accurately described once you get to the gate. There is construction work on the main road and must take narrow street to reach the villas, the area is safe. We were able to walk around to eat local pupusas."

"Love staying, the apartment was clean and very quiet. My wife and I are homebody’s and wanted a quiet spot to relax. I live in America and came to spend six days of relaxations with my wife who lives in El Salvador. The air conditioning was very cold, the shower was very strong, we cooked on a clean stove, the internet worked perfect. The refrigerator and appliances worked just fine. Felt like home away from home. The caretaker and other residence were very friendly, I felt safe and secure at all times. The caretakers maned the large gate 24/7. Look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you!"

"The resort itself is very nice and clean with a beautiful view. The staff was pretty friendly as well. However, note two important things- for one, the beach is very rocky and not easy to walk along. And two, the hotel plays music loudly for the evening hours until midnight or 2am depending on what day of the week. This music is very loud and can be heard from the rooms so sleeping under these conditions is very difficult. Keep this in mind when booking a relaxing getaway."

"Had a horrible experiences. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. At the end of the stay it was definitely cemented as a horrible experience. I arrived Around 9 P.M Was told that the water is going to be shut off from 9 to midnight. Around 1 am in the morning, went down to the receptionist asked when the water will be back on. Since they said it should be back on at midnight. The water did not turn on until 1:45 am. I was finally able to take a shower at 2 A.M. The water smelled horrible like PVC glue. You can tell that they never purged out the system. Fortunately I was woken up early due to construction. Brushing my teeth was groas. the water had a strong smell and taste to it. Tryed to get some breakfast. After sitting down for over 10 minutes no one came to even get my order or serve me a cup of coffee. I decided to go to the receptionist desk and ask them to bring My breakfast to the room. I received my breakfast with no coffee. They were aware of their mistake and stated they will return with at least a orange juice. They never came back with any orange juice or coffee. When leaving, the receptionist stated to wait five minutes while they had an employee checked the room. Here we go, 37 minutes later. I asked The receptionist If everything is okay in the room. The receptionist stated who are you, how can I help you. I replied I just handed you the key for the room and you said you were going to check it and let me know in five minutes. Now it's been over 30 minute"

"This spot is in the middle of a very steep incline that requires a 4x4 but the owner doesn’t tell you until after your check in time. It’s around nothing and doesn’t feel safe. Owner is very dishonest. We had to fight Vrbo to get PARTIAL money back. Sells a great view but it’s hard to get to and not the area you may think. The area makes you think you may get shot. And I am El Salvadorian. "
