"The room was clean and they cleaned it well when I had my room cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The smallest room is pretty small so be aware of your luggage(s). There are 3 washers( the same machines dry your clothes) and there is usually a line to use them during the evening aka the time people come back from sightseeing/ exploring. The room service was a bit lacking, we asked for utensils and was told to get them downstairs ourselves by the entrance but there was none. I’d...

"I was very happy with my stay! The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect and easy to find, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were especially helpful and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is that the air vents in the room were quite dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would like to thank the staff for their kindness and assistance"
