"I had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient. Lotte Premium Outlet is right across the street and within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hotel Ulsan. The air conditioning was a standout, it kept the room wonderfully cold, exactly how I like it! Coming back to such a cool room after exploring the city felt amazing. I also loved the shower. The water and overall shower experience were refreshing and made it easy to unwind after a long day. A properly cold room and a satisfying shower make a big difference to me, and those were highlights of this stay. I would happily return on my next visit to Ulsan!"
