"I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. There was also no toilet paper. I had to get a roll from reception. The gentlemen at reception asked me to bring me another roll. I refused...

"The hotel staff are not friendly and you will feel like you are staying in a hostel and not a well known hotel. I had a bad experience with it and won't do it again"

"شبكة الانترنت ضعيفة جدا جدا. سواق الباص كان تعامله سيء جدا، كان يريد انزالنا نقطع الطريق لموقف الباصات! عند رفضي وطلبت ان يوقفنا في الجهة المقابلة لانه صعب نشيل الشنط ونقطع الطريق، قال " طيب نشوف" وراح اخذ فينا فرة وركاب حول ساعة كاملة كانه عقاب لنا.!! لن اسكن مرة اخرى اطلاقا"
