They had us down for a no show and cancelled our reservation. The employee working the desk went above and beyond to give us rooms and said his manager will fix the issue in the morning. He was so professional and courteous. I was very pleased on how this was handled. Thank you!"

"We stayed here for boot camp PIR. It was a perfect alternative to hotels as we were there during frigid weather and going out was not really ideal. Cozy and comfortable. Wish we had the opportunity to explore Libertyville as it looked like a cute downtown which is so convenient to this home. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has all the necessities. "
