"This place is so beautiful the pictures can’t capture all of its beauty. The charm, style and architecture is luxurious and unique. All of the staff were friendly, patient and helpful with arranging tours and transportation. They cooked breakfast every morning which was tasty and convenient. The location is a short walk from the basilica and red tour bus stop which made it easy to visit tourist attractions in the area. This was truly a home away from home and I enjoyed every moment of it!"

The area has everything you need to walk to , restaurants, cafes, sites. I felt very safe staying here. They open the front door and lock them when you need to leave. Very friendly staff. They even made us breakfast to go and coffee for our early morning flight."

It has a great rooftop bar with amazing views and the dinner we had their restaurant was one of the best meals we had on our 17 days in Ecuador. The breakfast was top notch too. The hotel is gorgeous and you are right in the historic center with so much beautiful architecture right at your door step. The staff went above and beyond with helping us get settled and provided us with a lovely welcome drink and appetizer. They also gave us a small bottle of wine and chocolates. I can't recommend this hotel enough!"
