This newly renovated bungalow is located just blocks south of the heart of Broadripple! It’s also conveniently located 17 minutes away from the liveliness of downtown, Massachusetts Avenue, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Indianapolis Convention Center. The Indianapolis airport is roughly 28 minutes away. Plenty of concert venues within a short drive distance.

This house is a wonderful place for families coming to town, individuals here for business or conventions, or just people wanting to have a place to visit fiends! It has unique touches in every room and a very warm feeling throughout.

Guests have access to the entire house and the backyard! The only area in the backyard that is shared with the neighbor is the basketball court. But if you plan on having a little event/get together in the backyard, let me know and I can tell our neighbors so you’ll have full access to the court!

It's a self check-in process so I won't be interacting with guests unless they want me to!

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants less than a block away! Including the famous Jazz Kitchen. Also enjoy some of the laid back bars in the area! Amazing atmosphere right down the street!

Parking is available in the front of the house and there is also room for one big car or two small cars in the back via the alleyway. All parking is free.

- All bedrooms are on the second floor. One full bathroom is on the upstairs level and one is in the basement.
- Just a heads up for tall people: There is a low spot in the ceiling as you are walking up or down the stairs into the basement. More something to just remember if you are using the basement.
- The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.

Overall a pretty good experience but I would say that the property/furniture is a little older/run down in comparison to the photos as others have suggested. Tub had some hair from previous guest and some other small issues but overall in comparison to the price of other listings we were happy with a 1 night stay just to get us to another destination. Luke was extremely responsive and probably would have rectified any issues right away if we needed it but given the time frame we were there, we felt it wasn’t necessary.

Perfect Spot in the Broad Ripple

This quaint duplex with an amazing back yard was absolutely perfect for our stay. Clean, Comfortable and just the right amount of old home character. We took advantage of the walkable neighborhood with great eats and groceries a block away. The host is super communicative and available. There is off street parking, and that is huge!! I will absolutely stay here again!!

Nice Overnight Stay

Perfect location 20min from downtown and close to nice restaurants. Communication with host was great, They listened to suggestions to improve upon the experience.

It was an excellent location. The property could use a really good cleaning though. The trash was full and smelled bad outside of the house and the inside smelled of sewage. The owner was very responsive but the plumber didn’t come out to fix anything until the evening of our last night. So our stay wasn’t all that great, but hopefully he got everything fixed. It would have been a good place if was a bit better maintained.

One Big Crazy Family

The house is in an excellent location. We enjoyed walking to restaurants after the long car ride. We enjoyed playing card games at big kitchen table. Drove easily to excellent Childrens Museum. The outside backyard was handy for our small dog.

Off Site Conference Stay

This was a great option for our group rather than staying in an overpriced hotel. It was well within walking distance for a grocery store as well as restaurants and the Convention Center/Lucas Oil Stadium is within a 20 min drive. The host was very responsive to questions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Indy Getaway

This property is so cute! Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. We really enjoyed the backyard with the fire pit and the cool basement.

Girlfriend Getaway

This property met our needs for our 3 day weekend. We had four friends and a dog, so we enjoyed the amount of space and fenced in backyard. The property manager attentive and communicated well throughout our stay.

Cute, comfy, clean

This sweet, old home served us for one quick overnight stay in Indianapolis. It was comfortable, cozy, and within walking distance to food, cocktails / music (the Jazz Kitchen!), and a nice grocery store (the Fresh Market). Easy to park in front or back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not use it. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The host was proactive and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. A nice rental experience.

Old college friends

This vintage house was great with three bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The communication with Luke was easy and understandable. We found the location to be close to restaurants and accessible.

Great location

It is a beautiful property, with lots if character in a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Everyone remarked about the nice firm beds. Plenty of linens and kitchenware for6 people.

Stay in Indy

Cute house/duplex. We enjoyed our stay, and the dog enjoyed being able to run around a fenced yard! The house was very tidy overall, comfy beds to sleep, nice location to walk around and some close local restaurants to grab a bite! Given we were there over the holidays the mini Christmas tree was a cute homey touch! The dishwasher did not seem to work very well was the only major thing I noticed, left streaks on dishes and did not dry out well.

Charming older home

Spacious home with lots of character! The location is near to many different restaurants and grocery stores. Beautiful neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. I would recommend this location to others.

Love the backyard!

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the grill and campfire out back! We were thankful for comfy beds, cookware, washing machine and the two full baths! Great for our group of three couples. Thanks again!
