Tucked in a quiet neighborhood perfectly positioned between Westfield, Broad Ripple and downtown Indy, this updated ranch gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful privacy with incredibly easy access to the city.

Step inside and feel everyone instantly spread out. With three king bedrooms, cozy lounge spaces, and plenty of room to gather, it’s designed for groups who want comfort without crowding. The living room flows into a fully-stocked kitchen, making family meals, team breakfasts or late-night snacks easy. Inside, the game options keep everyone entertained: pool, ping-pong, shuffleboard, two arcades, and variety of family friendly board games.

But the real fun begins outside:
✨ A private pickleball court and half-court basketball setup invite friendly competition from morning to sunset.
✨ The big fenced yard gives kids tons of space to run and pups a safe place to roam.
