"Great location, friendly and helpful staff"

"The staff members at check-in were friendly and helped us with a Salzburg card as well as which bus to catch. The room was a good size, and the drinks in the bar fridge were a nice touch. The mountain views from the room were beautiful. Public transport is close by and very easy to catch to all Salzburg sites. The only thing I would change is that it would be good if the shower could be closed off rather than being open planned within the room."

"The hotel is very nice. The back of the hotel is Mirabel palace. But it’s a bit far from the city central. The room is very nice and spacious considering it’s in Europe where most hotels have smaller room than the USA. Overall it’s a good hotels. "

"Beautiful hotel, newly renovated a few years ago. Staff very helpful went out of their way. Breakfast excellent! Minibars stocked with water, beer, juice and snacks and replenished daily. Excellent value for money. Much nicer and much cheaper than our Munich hotel- would stay again in a heartbeat. "
