"Although the hotel was very nice, the staff was the best part for our experience there. They were always there with excellent advice and help. Place is a bit pricey, but it was very comfortable and had some nice extras in the room like fruit sparkling water, etc. Be careful with the alcohol fridge, as if you only take out one to look at, it be charged to your account. The cost of a little wine bottle is 30 dollars. We made that mistake, but the staff quickly adjusted our bill."

"I booked Hotel Lombardy wanting to experience something different and vintage and, I was not disappointed in the least. Room was very well furnished and all the amenities were well maintained. Hotel staff was also very cordial and greeted every time they came across. Check-in/check-out experience was also pretty smooth. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely consider it for our next trip to DC."
