"Great hotel for our situation in Aguas Calientes. Clean hotel and great location. They have a portable heater for when it’s cold and the bathroom has ventilation. It has a cafe attached to it which is another convenience to us since we were exhausted from the train ride. Above all the service from the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond. They also gave us breakfast to go at 5am due to our 7am appointment at Machu Picchu. Great experience overall. "
"It is not a luxury hotel; it is a cute, friendly place to spend one night in Aguas Calientes. The bathroom was updated and sparkly clean. The walls are thin, but the rushing river behind masks sounds from other guests. The other guests were chill anyway. Special shout out the woman at the desk.
