HOUSE RULES: Before booking we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules: 1. There is no smoking permitted in the property. 2. Pets under 50lbs will be allowed. 4. Parties will not be permitted on the property. 5. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 7am. 6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours after. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub that you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

We came for a nice stay in the mountains with some friends who have never been.
The house was exactly as advertised, a great big area upstairs to hang out in, and a few smaller areas around if you wanted to a quieter area. Excellent check in and out process , excellent communication. Great place and easy to recommend
We went on a family trip and had a great time staying at this vrbo. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious for 8 adults! Having a place within walking distance of places to eat, groceries, and a beautiful downtown core was very convenient, and the views from the couch were beautiful.
We had an excellent time staying here. Felt like we were at home! Everything you need supplied and in good working order. Nice and clean. Top notch stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is bright on the main level, clean and close to the main street in Inveremere. We enjoyed the hot tub, especially after it narrowly avoided being damaged by the large tree that came down in the storms on Friday!
The hosts were responsive and made check in and out a breeze. Great place to stay with your family!
The house was a great base for our summer adventures, though the A/C struggled a bit during the heat wave (we all did, to be honest). Kitchen well-stocked, beds were comfortable, the open dining room / living room space with big windows was amazing, and the deck was a great spot in the evening with fantastic views over the valley. Easy walking to shops and groceries in downtown Invermere, 5 minute drive to the beach, and 25 minutes to Panorama.
We stayed for three nights. I knew it was more than we needed but it accommodated us very well.
We did use the kitchen, everything we required was there.
An excellent location, easy to find and good views.
If we go to Invermere we will use VRBO. This house was a little more than we needed, but nothing wrong with it.
Our party of 11 (three families with kids ages 3 to 12) stayed here for 4 nights in late August. This was the perfect gathering place - ample bedrooms and bathrooms, large fenced yard for kids to play in - hot tub was a nice bonus! Property was clean and comfortable, managers were very responsive. Seven minute drive to the beach and only a couple of blocks to grocery and pharmacy. We would definitely rebook.
Perfect location to ski Panorama. The place is great. Fully equipped, comfortable beds. We were there during a period of extreme cold. Sadly panorama was closed for 2 days due to the cold. Tv is streaming apps only so the only improvement for us would have been cable tv for news, sports etc. otherwise no complaints. Would highly recommend staying there.
Had our family aged 12 to 82 together for a week. The house is wonderful with lots of space for people to have their own rooms and to spread out but also open enough that it felt like we were all together. The outdoor space is great; loved the deck and the big backyard. The “fenced” backyard is fenced on 3 sides, not enclosed, so our dog became good friends with the dog and cat next door. Loved the kitchen and BBQ. Enjoyed walking around the area and being so close to the beach and the bakery. Wonderful stay.
Terrific place to host a family ski vacation at Panorama! Close to grocery, pharmacy and only 21 mins to Panorama. The hot tub was a perfect way to smooth sore muscles at the end of a fun day on the slopes. The beds were comfortable if a little squeaky. The room the the trundle bed was more like a pass through to the family room so I’m not sure I would put a couple in that room but we made it work. Awesome response from the maintenance crew who responded to a small request. Overall and really great holiday at this home!
Everything was great.
There were a ton of cups and dishes for use. Beds were comfy and sheets and pillows were awesome. Space was perfect and we had plenty of room.
My only three minor issues.
Barbecue and some of the pots and pans definitely need some upgrading.
The water pressure is very low.
Nothing to do with the property but there were a ton of wasps and we ending up getting stung a few times as they were in the house when we arrived.
We would highly recommend for a family trip to the area.
This place was more than enough room for 7 adults. Just be aware that there is only one bathroom upstairs and there’s a pocket door attached to one of the bedrooms so it may be loud if people wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. The two other bathrooms were located downstairs. We took full advantage of the coffee machine (very convenient) and kitchen. It was a little dim in the kitchen as one of the lights seemed to be out but not the end of the world. We were well stocked with towels and other supplies. The location was great - close to town, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Radium Springs and the ski resort. Definitely recommend visiting Springs! Just be aware that the driveway is a little steep so can get icy in the winter.
We enjoyed our week long stay with our 2 families - adults and teenagers. Lots of room for everyone. 3 bathrooms all with shower or tub. Only 1 on main floor which doubles as an ensuite and main bathroom, but does have 2 sinks. Hot tub was awesome- large and new. Kitchen well stocked. Nice quiet residential area. Large backyard great for dogs. Twin bed that converts to a king is in a room that you have to walk through to get to the pool table/ second kitchen and the other bedroom. It was fine for us- but could be awkward. Had a water pressure issue. Host was easily contacted but not able to correct during our trip, however will be looking into the issue. Overall- highly recommend!
Very nice property. Amazing mountain views from the living room and deck. Fully stocked kitchen, much better than the average! The only thing I would change are the matresses, they were a little bit too soft for our comfort.
This is a nice house with lots of rooms. The view is great. The patio was great for enjoying evening meals. It is close to walking paths and there are almost always wild life to watch nearby.
We had a great time as a family together and certainly got our steps in walking to the bakery and going for ice cream.
