"a convenient location for events at munhak stadium and close to incheon airport. the hotel is easily accessible, has self check-in kiosk, is very modern and clean, and the staff was kind. there’s a breakfast, karaoke and laundry room and it’s connected to a CU convenience store with an atm that supports foreign cards. i enjoyed my stay. "This hotel is fairly new building , there are lots of restaurants but there are lots of clubs so maybe bit noisy at night. But it was fit for my purpose of stay for early morning flight. About 20 min driving to Incheon airport."

"We stayed one night at the Sheraton Grand Incheon for a mid day flight the day after. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and were taken care of right away. They even let us in the room early as we arrived prior to the 3:00 PM check in time! The room was clean and inviting and it was very quiet. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of different foods and will definitely recommend giving it a try. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on our next trip."

The deluxe double room i got happened to be accessible and was huge: it had a sitting area, a desk and chair tucked away in a nook, even a patio. "We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. Room was great with entire wall set up for movies. Not much of a breakfast, but if you're not eating in Chinatown.... would recommend and would definitely stay here again!"
