Great little hotel ❤️

We enjoyed our week stay at this hotel. Our room was small but the shower was nice, plenty of hot water, mini fridge and AC. The hallway table and chairs allowed us to play cards and enjoy a drink with other guests. The main level had a large kitchen and dining area to enjoy a simple breakfast. Coffee is provided in the morning. We stored our fruit, juices and groceries in our room fridge and assembled our breakfast in the communal dining room. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels w/ deposit are available on a first come / first serve basis. The hotel is very popular with expats. The location is central and within walking distance to both beaches. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I hear that the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor are better than on the main level. The Suites have a mini kitchen and more windows.

I have somewhat mixed feelings between an average and good review. Let's start with the positives. One of the highlights for me was the hotel's location. Everything essential was within immediate reach: the beach, the ferry, and many good restaurants. The hotel provided complimentary beach towels that could be exchanged every two days, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the room amenities were satisfactory. However, there were certain aspects that left much to be desired. One major issue was the presence of ants in the room, crawling around on the walls and floor. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the bed linens seemed questionable. The hot water supply was inconsistent, and at times, barely available, resulting in lukewarm to cold showers. Overall, I would rate the hotel a maximum of 3.5 stars. While the location and some amenities were commendable, the issues with cleanliness, pests, and hot water supply detracted from the overall experience.

My favorite Hotel on Isla Mujeres!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It had everything I could possibly need. Affordable price, WiFi, Clean Room, Towels, Hot Water, Friendly Staff, and located right next to the beach. Very calm and local vibe. I would rather stay here over an expensive all inclusive resort any day of the week.

The room was a bit small but was very clean. The best water pressure in the shower! Loved that the big windows opened for fresh air. Appreciated the use of the Beach chairs! Would stay there again.

A good place to stay a few nights

The hotel's location is central but quiet. The suite was clean and comfortable. The wifi on our floor did not work on the first evening of our three-night stay, but functioned without problems afterwards.

Good stay

We like our stay, the room was in a good state, clean every day, service personnel are nice and friendly. Because of the carnival peroid, the noise was loud even after 24h00. But after the end of the canival the night were quiet. We will come back next year.

This was our second stay with Gabriel and his wonderful staff. It will not be our last. The main ingredients to a great stay, in my opinion, are a hotel in a safe area, a clean room, and a shower with hot water. Check, check and check. The hotel is in a great location with a relatively easy walk from the ferry terminal. Its just far enough away from the "main avenue". You are around the corner from a convenience store, shops and eateries. Beaches are all a short walk as well. A really nice "extra" at the hotel is the available Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Please take care of the chairs. Don't over stuff them a this will hurt the zippers and carrying straps. Most important, learn how to fold them. Tommy Bahama chairs are folded up by standing behind the chair with your feet on the bottom bar while pulling up on the top bar. There is a youtube video if needed. This way future guests can enjoy this amenity as well! It would be better if the management had "chair cards" like their "towel cards" providing better accountability. There are a few types of rooms available at this little gem including the basic room with fridge up to a suite off sorts with kitchen. There is also a community type kitchen offering superb coffee, (I'm not a coffee drinker but my wife is and she loved it). Rooms are spotless complete with safe and fridge. Prices are creeping up and I hope they don't go further. If you want a no-frills clean hotel this is it! Enjoy your visit! See you soon Gabriel!!

La habitación muy reducida, con poco espacio y las cortinas de la ventana que dan hacia el pasillo no alcanzan a cubrir totalmente y con margen suficiente dicha ventana por lo que se alcanzan a ver los movimientos de las personas al interior de la habitación y más si tienes prendido el abanico de techo, lo que resta un poco de privacidad. Otro aspecto a considerar es que el A/A cuenta con un dispositivo adjunto con la llave de la habitación y solamente. funciona cuando estás dentro de ella. Además aquí el huésped no es bienvenido ni tan siquiera con una botellita de agua de cortesía. Con respecto al baño si es amplio, pero el cancel corredizo para acceder o salir del espacio de la regadera (la cual tenía varios orificios tapados y la lluvia no era muy fluida) se atascaba y se trababa (desgaste de las carruchas), Dificultando demasiado la entrada y salida del baño. Falta de mantenimiento de algo tan básico de todo huésped como lo es el bañarse.
