This newly remodeled 1-bedroom condo with expansive unparalleled ocean views is perfect for a rejuvenating beach vacation in the gated community of Wild Dunes. It features hardwood floors, newly-renovated kitchen and bathrooms, large community resort-style pool, and gorgeous oceanfront views from nearly every room!

The open concept living room offers a smart TV (with Netflix access), queen sleeper sofa, and breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen is highlighted by custom cabinets, new stainless-steel appliances and Quartz countertops and is fully stocked with a Keurig and all the requirements of a chef's kitchen. Coming off of the kitchen is a cozy dining nook with seating for 4 and floor to ceiling windows and an abundance of natural light. A sliding glass door leads from the living room to a private screened porch, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment while taking in the magnificent ocean view and sea breeze!

A daybed decorates the foyer area, which has pocket doors, turning this space into a private room. The daybed also as an additional Trundle bed for additional sleeping for 1. The bathroom has a double glass shower, glass subway tiles and pebbled stone tiled base. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

The bedroom is furnished with a lush king bed, several large dressers, and 43'' smart 4K UHD TV with DVD player. Wake up to the sights of the ocean as the bed has a direct view of the beach. A sliding glass door also opens from the bedroom to the screened porch with additional views of the courtyard and resort pool. Natural light floods the villa through three-inch-wide Plantation shutters throughout the bedroom and living room.

For the avid golfer, the Villa is located a par five away from the world-renowned Links golf course clubhouse and course driving range. Within Wild Dunes, take advantage of the palm-tree lined streets for biking, walking, hiking or tennis. For those venturing out, downtown Charleston and the foodie scene is less than 30 minutes away!

Enjoy the complimentary beach chairs as the beach is merely steps away. Linens are included in rental. Elevator access to the unit is right outside the front door.

Nice big bedroom, updated kitchen and bath. Great view of pool and beach. Plenty of natural light throughout. Some features were dated/worn/dirty such as heating vents in ceiling, baseboards and doors.

The place was very nice and a great location. The only downside was the constant beeping from the villa next door. There was a fire or security alarm that sounded the entire weekend.

30th anniversary trip

The condo was very bright, clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the ocean from the bed as well as the screened porched was awesome. It was very quiet and relaxing which is just what we needed. I would definitely recommend this listing and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I loved staying here for 3 days. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, the layout was perfect, The beach is beautiful and we will definitely stay in the unit again. We can’t wait to return to this little piece of Heaven in Wild Dunes.

Weekend Getway

Great unit and close to beach. Everything was easy from check in to renting bikes and beach chairs. Wild Dunes was very family oriented. For a couples get away might try a different area next time.

Very nice 1BR, great for one or two people. Updated, well appointed and provisioned, but could use a little refreshing in places. Beach views, pool view, etc. from the porch. Would stay there again.

Beautiful property!

We love staying at Port O' Call-the location is top notch! The condo has clearly been redone with care and attention to detail. My only complaint is that the shower had some mold on the floor-not a lot, but it was noticable. It is understandable as there isn't great ventilation in the bathroom, but a little bleach spray can help remedy the problem. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Port O'Call

Loved this condo and thanks for a wonderful stay at the beach. This is our 4th year at Port O'Call. This condo had everything we needed and loved the view from the porch. There does need to be some work on the sliding glass door in the den as the people below us complained of the noise everytime we closed that door. Other than that it was great!

Great Condo and experience!

This condo is perfect for a family of 4. Could probably even do 5. Beach view from the balcony. Basically walk out to beach. Clean and pretty inside. Would go back for sure. Only one thing to upgrade would be couch. Still ok, but time for a new one.

Needs attention

Great location, great view from screened in porch. Easy access to beach,golf courses, groceries and restaurants. Nicely decorated space, lots of upside potential, suitable for 2 adults or a family with small children. In need of maintenance, peeling or missing paint on doors and trim, base boards falling off or lying on the floor, extra floor boards visible from under only bed, bathroom had bubbling paint on walls and water damaged ceiling with mold,kitchen backsplash and countertop in need of caulk, stovetop light didn’t work, one light switch is a mystery. Pots and pans were visibly dirty and needed to be washed, as did walls near trash can, dishwasher was full on arrival (but had been run). Missing some essential amenities such as blankets and Kleenex, 1 roll of paper towels, extra batteries for remotes.

Great - just one upgrade needed

The condo is in a tremendous location and very nicely done overall. It is perfect for a 2 adult/2 children trip and could squeeze another small child if you must. Close to beach. Only item to bring up is couch is probably in need of an upgrade. The pull out feature is old and can't really be slept on and the couch in general needs to be spruced up. EVERYTHING else is amazing and perfect. Great customer service as well! We would return!

Port o Call Wild Dunes

Attractive unit. recently updated. Building seemed to have zero sound proofing. Unit above was very noisy starting a 6am. Other wise everything was as advertised. Due to. Noise would not stay again. Cannot imagine with a high occupancy

Pretty Nice

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful area, easy check in/out. Condo has been nicely updated and had all that we needed. :) Beach chairs were a bonus (wish we would have know they were there, as we wouldn't have bought and brought new ones). Overall, Port O' Call property needs a little love as it appears to be an older building. Condo needs a deep clean (behind/under things and vents/ledges... bathroom fan etc) and a little maintenance (caulking/paint in bathroom which isn't vented correctly for showering). The front door sticks (very hard to open) and the screened/louver door looks so worn that it should be removed. When we arrived, the pool water was very low and pool was pretty dirty (tree leaves/sand/stains). Pool door lock system wasn't working. Hoses for rinsing off sand from the beach were broken/ripped.

Wild Dunes is a great resort, close to the beach, This property had everything we needed (except tissues) but needs some updating. The updated shower was great. The bathroom vanity needs some TLC (painting?replacing?) The kitchen appliances were new and very nice. The bed/mattress was old, dated, creaky. The entry screen door was gross. It seems the slats and screen were painted and stuck together. The drapes need replacing in the living room. A lot of painting is needed. The living room was comfortable but only one lamp worked. We enjoyed our stay, but would prefer staying in a more updated unit.

Great location

We stayed here in March of 2025. The best part is the proximity to the beach and the view from the bedroom. I brought my elderly parents with us and it was easy access to get back and forth to the beach with the added bonus of an elevator. The interior of the condo has been very nicely updated. The shower tiles and back splash in the kitchen are beautiful. The building itself is an older building and could use some updates including the doors leading into the condos but overall we were very pleased with our stay! We plan to return.
