A beautiful Hotel, Staffs were very friendly. Breakfast buffets really nice with lots of choices. I highly recommended this Hotel for any one visiting Istanbul.

Great staff

Very convenient hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff. A good sized breakfast and reasonable rates. They even helped organize transport to and from the airport

Friendly people. They always want to help you for giving advice or if you have something with your room. Breakfast is good, fresh bread and different types of eggs etc. A lovely, cosy family hotel!

Great location

Hotel staff were all very helpful and nice, naturally it's a business so they want to maximise on income. Bed sheet had holes and black marks on them. Pillows had some mold amd yeloow stains so we didn't use them. They give lots of towels. No free watet provided in room as stated on booking. Breakfast isn't great but there's the option of boiled eggs, bread with jam and some sautéed vegetables. Also some fresh fruit. Great location to Blue mosque, Aya sophia mosque etc. 5 mins from Tramline.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht bei Hotel Ardey ausgehalten sind am nächsten morgen zu einem anderen Hotel gegangen. Wir haben bis jetzt immer in economy Hotels übernachtet waren sehr zufrieden aber Ardey Hotel kann man nicht als Hotel bezeichnen, es gab nicht mal frisches trink Wasser was eigentlich zum standart in jeden Hotel gehört. Das Bad war verschimmelt, die Fenster waren undicht und jedesmal wenn in der Küche gekocht wurde zog der ganze Geruch in unseren Zimmer. Das Hotel Ardey war miserable und es war nicht so beschrieben wie auf ihrer Webseite! Das wir in den Kellerräumen übernachten war uns bekannt und auch nicht das erstmal. Aber das Zimmer war für eine Übernachtung eine Zumutung. Neben unseren Zimmer war die Waschküche und die normale Küche. Über unserem Zimmer war die Empfangshalle. Da das Hotel ein Altbau ist haben wir die ganze Nacht alle schritte, knirschende Geräusche laut mitbekommen und kein Auge zugedrückt. Als wir dann endlich einschliefen begannen die Arbeiten in der Küche und wir waren wieder hellwach. Normalerweise steht uns eine Entschädigung zu, das überlassen wir ihnen. Bis jetzt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit Expedia und wir werden auch Zukunft über Expedia buchen aber was wir diesmal erlebt haben war nich schön.

Un incident inoubliable .

On etait très déçus par le type de chambre qu on nous a réservé à notre arrivée. Nous avons insisté pour changer cette chambre . Pour qu on puisse continuer notre sejour dans de meilleures conditions. Des équipements de la salle de bain mal entretenus. le petit dejeuner que nous avons payé a l 'avance n est pas très riche . Le seul atout c est qu il est à proximite des sites touristiques à visiter et le tramway. Notre sejour dans cet hotel etait peu satisfaisant . Vu son prix et sa notation élevés , je prefere ne pas le recommander .

Esperava muito mais desse hotel.

Tive uma boa comunicação com o hotel referente ao transfer aeroporto/hotel, fui muito bem recebido no check in, além da ótima localização do hotel. Parecia que tudo ia ocorrer perfeitamente, mas o banheiro do quarto deixou muito a desejar, falta de manutenção nas instalações, goteira em cima da privada, o banheiro apresentva sujeiras, ainda não colocaram toalha de rosto e de chão.

Kahvaltı fiyat performans olarak güzeldi. Oyltele girişte güzel karşılandık ama odada su yoktu, klozet arizaliydi, havlular değişmedi, birde odanın arkası mutfak önü yol çok ses vardı uyuyamadık. Genel olarak ortalama bir yer, ama toplu ulaşım çok zor mutlaka yurumeniz lazım, taksi olabilir kendi aracınızla gellirsenizde park yeri yok
