The included breakfast was average to say the least. They wouldn’t even let me take anything back to my room. Good luck getting a hold of the manager. I had an issue and the manager essentially told me a lie because the booking company was on my side and the manager said they weren’t and it was never cleared up by the manager reaching out to me directly. I thought Managers did just that by communicating to their patrons. The only positive thing about that hotel experience was the front deskman Abduramen. Even though his English was not great he always met us with a smile and offered us tea. He also helped us in booking excursions. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it. So many other options. I stayed at the GLK premier hotel spa and suites and it was way better in every way. Location, food, and management.
