The concierge service was extremely helpful. Particularly Aybuke Onder, she was so knowledgeable about restaurants and what to see in the city. It’s service like this that makes us want to come back to the Ritz.

Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.

I’ve stayed at almost every Ritz Carlton property in Europe. Istanbul is very special! I extended my 4 day stay to 7 days; the hotel staff is A+. Very kind caring, makes you feel like family. I went on 3 tours through the hotel that were lifetime memories. Rooms were stunning, very clean, 2 ply toilet paper; great water pressure! I’ll be back and highly recommend!
