I recently stayed at St. Regis in Istanbul and everything about my experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The front desk team was incredibly professional and helpful, making check-in smooth and effortless. The concierge went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations and assistance, and the doorman was always friendly and attentive, adding such a nice personal touch each time I entered or left. The breakfast was exceptional—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of delicious local flavors that made every morning a treat. The hotel itself is stunning, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, creating a true home away from home in the heart of Istanbul. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting this magical city. It was an unforgettable stay, and I can’t wait to return!

I had an excellent stay at St. Regis. Staffs are among the best I have seen. They are comparable to the service staffs in 5 stars hotel at Tokyo. The only complain I have is the AC system at my room. I did not hold at the temperature I set and became way colder than I like.

Excellent hotel in great neighborhood

The location of the hotel is fantastic! Close to high-end shopping and walkable to the Bosphore area in 15 mins. The room was large and our only complaint is there was some street noise at night which was loud on the weekend. WiFi and amenities were great. The breakfast was great and the rooftop restaurant had great views.

I’ve stayed at luxury hotels around the world and the staff st the St. Regis Istanbul are by far the most professional, hospitable and attentive staff I’ve come across. Front desk, restaurant, bellman. Front to back the staff are bar none. Each and every staff member greets all guest personally by name, answers questions and requests immediately and almost preemptively knows what you will need next. Zach, my butler was absolutely phenomenal. A true gentlemen and professional. If I ever find myself back in Istanbul, I will undoubtedly be staying at the St. Regis again.

Superb experience

This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. The level of service, attention to detail and accommodation to meet our needs was excellent. We had small children and were pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful teddy bears, crafts and supplies stocked in our rooms in advance of our stay. We had several special requests during our stay and found the the hotel staff to be competent, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is super high end and in a great location at the top of Macka Park and near the heart of the boutiques of Nisantisi. The rooftop has an incredible view and is a perfect stop for an evening cocktail. Highly recommend!

Streets vs Park views

I stayed for 3 nights at the St.Regis hotel. The first night I had at the 2nd floor. The room was clean, smelled nice, cozy and convey. The service was very good and fast. However I had to change it because the view was directly on the streets it was uncomfortable for me personally as I value my privacy & would like to enjoy it with private view. I moved to the 6th floor for the next 2 nights of my stay. The view was private the way I liked it to be, however the room is a bit worn down, you can see it clearly in the bathroom. It had a smell as well and it had small flys all over the shower ceiling. The service is noticeably slow. And the bedsheets had a smell on them. I have pointed my points to the head of front desk which he was very open to it and assured that they are doing some renovations to the upper floors soon. Other than that it was nice and quiet.

The lounge DJ was on the floor above my room, and we couldn’t sleep because the music kept playing until 3 am. Despite all the phone calls to reception, they didn’t do anything about it. Also, most of the employees are not welcoming. They don’t smile and let you feel that you are not welcome.
