Hotel espartano. O quarto é confortável, a localização é excelente e o café da manhã, honesto. Pecam, entretanto, nos detalhes: a cama é ruim, as toalhas estão gastas e não havia itens essenciais, como o sabonete.

Péssima experiência, arrependidos.

Não tinha toalhas de rosto e pano de chão no banheiro. Lençóis de baixíssima qualidade na cama, tivemos que pedir um lençol extra para usar na cama. Cobertores disponíveis eram antigos, escuros e com aspectos de sujos. Café da manhã com pouca variedade. Ar condicionado antigo, de janela e barulhento. O estacionamento no anúncio não diz que é pago a parte, propaganda enganosa, não tinha vagas, tivemos que deixar o carro na rua. O quarto disponibilizado não condiz com as fotos do anúncio. Só não fomos para outro local porque estava muito tarde.

O hotel é bem localizado, porém, o valor da diaria nao equivale as condicoes, o ar condicionado muito antigo, fazia muito barulho e parava de funcionar do nada. Travesseiros duros, cama mofada 😥 e cobertas bem velhas, as quais nao foi possivel usar pois daria alergia.

A equipe esteve sempre disposta a resolver os problemas, que foram: refrigerador não funcionava e chuveiro não aquecia a água. Pros: Bom atendimento, ambiente confortável e silencioso. Contras: Chuveiro demora muito para esquentar, o que causa um desperdício enorme. Wifi não funciona.

o Grande Hotel Itajaí tem um bom custo benefício. Porém algumas coisas eles poderiam melhorar. Como ter tv a cabo nos quartos. Aquecer a piscina que é geladíssima, tem de ter muita coragem para entrar. Fiquei 5 dias no hotel e só vi 2 pessoas fora eu na piscina. A internet em comparação com as outras vezes que fiquei melhorou um pouco mas ainda assim ainda deixa a desejar

Bom e barato!

O Café da manhã é muito bom. A Recepção cordial, atensiosa e prestou informações turísticas. Local excelente, próximo ao Centro, Marina, Porto, Centro de Eventos, e a poucos Km das praias. Só achei desnecessário ter que preencher manualmente um formulário ao fazer o Check in, sendo que todas aquelas informações eu já tinha preenchido no site quando fiz a reserva e pagamento. Assim, bastaria o Hotel imprimir aqueles dados para eu só conferir e assinar. O quarto é simples, oferece o básico de conforto, mas é bem limpo e a cama é confortável. Só ficou devendo no aparelho de ar-condicionado, que por ser um ACJ antigo, era barulhento, e demorava climatizar pois era de apenas 7.500 BTU/h. Mas estou satisfeito, especialmente pelo bom preço da diária, que está adequado ao que o Hotel oferece.
