"When we arrived we had a few issues with the house and pool. We addressed front desk and they went out of their way to make us very happy and made our trip even more enjoyable. Front desk was very welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. The water park was fun for the kids, the house we had was great, had a full arcade and pool/hottub. About 25 min from the Disney parks. Great location and about 10 min to target, Walmart and Publix. If we were to go back to Orlando, we would most definitely go back. "

"Our group of 17 (8 adults, 9 kids) really enjoyed the property. We spent almost all of our time in the pool/hot tub area. Both were warm and perfect for early January. The house was extremely clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. The 2 laundry rooms were a plus. We ran into some maintenance issues (kitchen outlets not working, sink leak, broken coffee makers) but the host was very responsive. "

"Great design and layout of house. Easy access, well equipped kitchen, laundry and linens. Easy parking, comfortable bedding and sitting space. The air conditioning changed temperature settings at random. The cleaning service was upon request and pretty high US$147 (very quick- 1hr for all 4- Bedroom house). The gym had good equipment and was clean and stylish. Would like to stay again, "
