"My stay was excellent. Staff especially were the best! Unfortunately when we pulled out the sofa bed the sheets were dirty, but I'm guessing whoover slept in it probably put the bed back to couch position so cleaning missed it? At any rate the front desk was quick to remedy the situation. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The Hygge Hideaway was the cutest & coziest VRBO that we've stayed in to date. Quiet surroundings, walkable to the river, and comfortable amenities...even pet-friendly with treats & poop bags provided. Wendy was communicative & easy to work with. Would certainly love to visit again!"

"Beautiful location and friendly host. We had a perfect overnight with everything we needed. Worth the views of the river and the bluffs. We were able to see the full moon set over the Mississippi from the comfort of the cozy living room. Great for a quick get away!"

"When we got there, the garbage from the previous people was still there. There were cigarette butts and red solo cups all over outside. We came with kids, and that was less than acceptable. Also, the hottub was so yellow that we couldn’t go in it, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. The space itself was wonderful and great for two families. "

"Hot tub was draining due to a pipe issue. Property owner's delay in communication caused frustration. I ended up running to hardware store 20 minutes away and getting tools to repair it myself. Only other things to note are the bathroom door wont stay closed and the stairs to downstairs are very steep. "

"Jets in hot tub inoperable. Owner needs to work on contact with clients. delay in responding via text, still waiting on reply via vrbo messaging. He needs to suppy light bulbs. About every 3rd bulb wasnt working. We love this property though. "
