"I’ll start by saying the staff here are absolutely amazing! They are the genuine reason I stay at this property and the service is truly top-tier. The location is also fantastic, and I really enjoyed the gym. However, while the rooms are spacious, the property itself is incredibly dated and feels subpar for the price paid. The maintenance issues were the biggest drawback. My room felt old, and because the walls and doors are so thin, you can hear everything in the hallways. The bidet in my room had a constant, annoying drip, and the toilet in the gym was broken, meaning I had to go all the way back up to my room just to use the bathroom during a workout. Even worse, my friend's room had a leak on the floor, so we had to keep our shoes on the whole time I was visiting him. The logistics were also a hassle. Since room keys only grant access to your specific floor, we couldn't easily visit each other. We either had to meet at the lobby and go back up together, or I’d have to walk up 10 flights of stairs. It was also a letdown that the pool and hot tub were closed during my stay. If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location and world-class service, this is a solid choice. But if you want a place that feels fresh, clean, and fully functional, you might be disappointed."

"Je n'ai pas apprécié mon séjour. Sur le matelas il y avait des punaises de lit. Il manquait de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain. Le déjeuner était pas pire mais il n y avait pas de viande ni d'oeufs. Le personnel était serviable et chaleureux, mais c'était le seul avantage et point fort que je donnerai à l'établissement. Je reviendrai jamais à cet hôtel."

"L’hôtel était bien situé malgré qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de restaurants autour. Le personnel était accueillant même si l’hôtel était très achalandé. Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’était pas fameux. La nourriture n’était pas à notre goût pour le prix."

"The room was clean, I couldn't get the Air conditioning to work, it simply would not come on. At night noise from rooms on either side comes through."

"the unit came with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. we ran out after our first day. we asked for more toilet paper six different times on two different platforms. We were gone for the day and didn't come back until midnight. They never supplied more toilet paper and we had to find some very late at night. The communication was terrible. We searched the entire unit and only found a can of comet. The shared common area did not have spare toilet paper or paper towels or napkins available. BUT THE WORST PART is the lack of dark curtains. It is impossible to sleep with only a sheer beige curtain that covers 3/4 of an 8 foot window. We were awake by 6 am every day. The sunlight warms the room to the point of it being unbearable to sleep in. There is no fan, AC or working thermostat. Save yourself the headache and spend the extra cash to stay elsewhere. You will regret choosing this location. The shampoo and soap bottles do not contain what is stated on the label. I almost had an allergic reaction, but luckily recognized the smell of the allergen before spreading the soap all over my body. The spare pillows had long black hair. You can hear the other guests' conversations crystal clear. The terrace is pointless as you cannot smoke. Thankfully, only the hotel was the bad part of our trip. Other than this scab on Ontario st, the rest of the city is quite lovely."
