"Good luck getting the front staff to answer a phone or follow through on what they say. Then if you ask for a hypoallergenic pillow for your family member who’s allergic to feathers they just say they don’t have one and it’s your fault for not requesting ahead. Not solution focused. Then the way overly intoxicated man in the hot tub that they left for hours (we left and came back and still there). Plus the loud partying at night. Might have been a kid favorite to stay before to play with friends but that was an awful experience I wouldn’t sign up for again "

"Staff were very friendly, room was nice. Wish they had real wood for the fireplace. What we had was barely a flame. Wish the fridge was a bit bigger. Overall, nice room."

"We had such a wonderful stay in the executive cabins—truly a peaceful retreat overlooking the forest. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. One of the highlights for our family was the amazing playroom. Our kids loved playing pool and table tennis, and there were plenty of other kids around, so they quickly made friends and stayed entertained. In the evenings, we gathered around the complimentary fire pits and chatted with other families—it created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, this stay was such a pleasant surprise, especially considering the value compared to hotels in Jasper itself. If you have a vehicle, I would highly recommend staying in the cabins rather than in town. It made for a far more relaxing and memorable experience."

"We were very happy upon arrival due to great front counter staff and a fast check-in process! Our room was clean and quiet with parking right outside our room. A Starbucks is in the same parking lot,50 steps from our room. Our favorite part had to be the pool with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and also a sauna,we found it busy in the evening but first thing in the morning on both Thursday and Friday we had the pool area to ourselves for most the morning. Really happy with our stay and would strongly recommend a stay here! "
