The Space:

Welcome to your charming mountain cabin! Just 25 minutes from Fairplay and under an hour from Breckenridge, our brand-new cabin is the perfect spot to slow down and recharge. Relax as you open the front door to stunning mountain views and serene hiking trails nearby.



Picture yourself sipping coffee on the sunny back deck or stargazing under Colorado’s clear night sky. Turn on the gas fireplace for ambiance and warmth inside the cabin.



Surrounded by forest with stunning views of the Continental Divide, it’s a peaceful place to unplug, relax, and feel at home. Thoughtfully designed with modern comforts, our cabin is more than a stay—it’s where special memories are made.



Note: We are happy to welcome your dogs but in order to main and sanitize the place, a pet fee of $85 applies per dog.

** Please note: Potential for snow and a walk up is very possible. Being in the mountains, there's a possibility of severe weather and our snow plowing services might not be available.



** NO CAMPFIRES: Park County does not allow short-term renters to have wood campfires on the property. It is against the County regulations and will be strictly enforced.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property, except one locked closet. Please note that all items in the basement are designated for owner use only and should not be used by guests or set out during stays.



The Neighborhood:

Guests have access to 6+ acres of land to explore. We are 15min from main HWY 285. The cabin is accessible year-round/located on county-maintained roads: 2 hours from Denver Airport, 55 mins to Breckenridge, 1 hour to Buena Vista, and 25 minutes from downtown Fairplay. Less than 5 miles to National Forest Access. Large level driveway with ample space for parking. The cabin is part of Indian Mountain Property Owners Association.



The community has an outdoor comfort station hosting an 18 hole disc golf course, playground, marked hiking trails/cross country skiing trails, and a fantastic sledding hill. (search for Indian Mountain Comfort Station)



Closest gas, grocery, is 25 min away and a small convenience store ~15 min away in Jefferson



Getting Around:

**Must have 4x4 vehicle in Nov - Apr**

Fairplay - closest grocery shopping, gas station and restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

Accommodate up to 5 guests. The interior of the home is large, open, modern, yet connected to its outside surroundings and long views throughout.

Please note that there is no scheduled trash pickup at the cabin. For long term stays, guests may dispose of their waste at the waste management drop-off site located in Fairplay.



Keep in mind that this home is surrounded by nature. The area is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, deer, elk, antelope, bobcats, and coyotes. During bear season (April through November), it’s especially important to keep vehicle doors locked at all times, as bears are known to open cars in search of food. For everyone’s safety, do not leave any food or trash outdoors, as bears have an incredibly strong sense of smell and can detect scents from miles away.
