A cozy, beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 1-bath duplex that is a short walk straight down King Avenue to the ocean with good beach access. Bedrooms include a king bed and 2 singles with linens included. Open living, dining kitchen floor plan. You will love the nautical-themed décor. Central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, covered bike storage, and charcoal grill. Small screen porch and patio. The Golf Courses and Tennis Courts are nearby.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Nice little house close to the beach.
Good little house to stay in with family. Especially if you are just using like a hotel and not spending much time there. Small tv in living area. Host fees are high considering they want you to do all the cleaning before you leave.

Golf trip
The house was very nice and I hope to rent it again in the future. The only thing I would change is the TV, you have a book that lets your guest know how to work everything but that. If it would have been in the booklet we would not of had to call management out to fix it.
