The internet router is locked away in a cabinet that "local" property management does not have a key to, nor indeed was aware of. So after a storm, went on without internet but asked repeatedly (and owner came to property two days later allegedly to drop off key, but instead just helped himself to the shed. No key!). The call center in San Francisco has helpful...
