"The room is very tired and there was visible mold throughout the bathroom including the sink, shower and floor. BLEACH would kill this. Floor carpet dirty and our door was left open all day after cleaners attended."

"Good central location, although it can be noisy on Friday/Saturday nights due to a bar close-by and loud cars. The apartment had nice view of the hinterland but was quite outdated. Would have been nice to have the beds made up in the living room upon arrival as opposed to us having to do this. Cleanliness was also average. Size of the apartment was good. All and all it was ok. I love that I received texts if I had any requests so that I didn’t have to wait in lines at reception. I highly recommend and ocean view room. Location is close to everything and area is safe. Highly recommend this hotel if wanting to stay in Surfers close to the nightlife, beach, eateries and entertainment"

"I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal. "
