"Although the room was clean the bathroom floor was slippery even in bare feet. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. Breakfast the next morning was sub par and overly expensive. The second night was awful. There was a storm and the hotel lost power, but only partial. One elevator out of three worked and some rooms had power, no wifi at all. Although this was due to natural causes which is understandable we needed electricity for our cpap machines. The hotel staff gladly changed our room to one with power but it was still an inconvenience packing and moving again. The next morning the hotel was still without power and still only one elevator working. Upon checkout we asked what kind of refund we would be getting and were told none, we would be getting Bonvoy points. As my husband and I don’t travel that much, due to health issues, money would be appreciated more than points."

"Grand mother was in the hospital. And manager would not refund my money. I know the Hotel business is a little slow. But you would think the manager would have a heart and understand my situation. But enjoy the revenue. i will not be booking a stay here ever again. Thank you !"

"I checked in Sunday afternoon June 7th and was told the room would be cleaned every other day contrary to the listing. So I figured ok. But I checked out Thursday the 11th AND NOT ONCE WAS MY ROOM CLEANED. NO CLEAN TOWELS NO BED MADE NO GARBAGE TAKEN OUT NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. I did call the front desk about the problem and was told well you can come down and get clean towels and your room would be done the following day. That didn’t happen. Room was not done my entire stay. I always held this hotel chain responsible and client oriented. Never again. The entire experience was terrible. Never again."

"Breakfast was a little disappointing. Pictures reflected fresh fruit (like blueberries and strawberries with the yogurt) and there was no fresh fruit. There was canned oranges and other citrus fruits, but nothing like the pictures of what to expect. Very disappointed. There was bacon that was in little scrap pieces that was not worth it and while there was a toaster, it barely warmed my English muffin after running it through the toaster 5 times or more. The A/C in the room was not efficient or effective. It was really cold when it was on, but then it would stop and I would wake up sweating. It was not a good situation at all. Seems like something was not working properly. Other than check in, there was no real interaction with staff and hard to find anyone when the cold water was empty and there was no coffee at breakfast"

"My stay at The Lambertville Inn was excellent. Check in was very thorough and all the amenities were explained to us by Eric who is the front desk host. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended many restaurants and gave us the lay of the land. The Inn itself has a fine restaurant and unique wine bar on the premises. Our room was very cozy, comfortable and spacious with an updated bathroom. There is a free continental breakfast which was delivered to our room at the time of our choice. The Inn is very clean as are the rooms. Great location for both shopping districts in Lambertville and New Hope, all walkable from the inn. The inn is located on the Delaware River which was so nice to look at. Free parking was a plus. We will be staying at the Lambertville Inn again."
