"The hotel always very beautiful. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only issue was on the water was on the cold to warm side. It was hard to shower more than a minute without the water going cold. We loved that everything was a walkable distance, even if it was not, the valet guys were nice and helpful."

Despite providing evidence, the resolution process has been frustrating.I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and guest support."
